Orders
- To cancel your order:
- If we are able to stop the shipment, we will provide a partial refund minus a small charge to cover our credit card processing fees.
- If your order has already been sent to our distributor we will not provide a refund as we will be unable to stop the shipment, and we cannot accept returns.
Shipping
- If you input your mailing address incorrectly and complete your purchase, please notify us at radon@lungsask.ca as soon as possible. We may be able to edit your address if the order has not yet shipped. If we are NOT able to make the change prior to the shipment of your radon device, we will be unable to redirect your order to the proper address and we will not provide a refund.
- If your device gets lost in the mail, please contact us.
Damage
- If your device is lost or damaged while in your possession, we will not provide a refund.
- If your device arrives damaged or becomes defective, please contact us. We will put you in touch with the product distributor who will handle all warranty claims.
